My husband passed a long time ago without a Will and without going through probate. I have been struggling to pay the taxes every year on a lot I have no use for in Charleston and when they offered to buy it, I was very relieved.

Without their dedication, I never would have been able to sell that lot. The extra money has been a God Send and not having to worry about how I will pay the taxes year after year has given me the peace of mind that I really needed.
